Knee operation

On last Thursday my knee was operated in Joensuu. The surgery was successful and now we can only hope that my knee is still "a jumpers knee" in autumn.
All happened in a landing situation while I was trying to get my right ski next to another. I felt immediately, when I still was standing on my skis, that everything wasīt okay. The injury wasnīt the first one for me but the difference was that this time it wasnīt an ankle that was damaged. I havenīt been the luckiest in these cases. This time the recovery will take, in any case, several months.
The season 2008-2009 was probably the hardest one in my career. Now itīs time to look at the future. Before the end of summer I will know more.
